Women moving through the birth cycle are going through incredible change on all levels of their beings. Support through bodywork at this time can be particularly helpful to ease the transition. Massage can be helpful for symptoms such as carpal tunnel, low back pain, edema and anxiety. It can also potentially give the perinatal woman some added resource to ease the transition of labor.
Beeara has incorporated working with prenatal and postpartum moms as part of her bodywork practice for 10 years. Her massage style is gentle and yet penetrating, waving in Integrative, Swedish and acupressure techniques. She has trained in Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, and is an advanced practitioner of Jin Shin Tara. Her studies with Jin Shin Tara, a Japanese form of acupressure, have had specific perinatal focus. Both the Jin Shin Tara and the Craniosacral Therapy can have potent capacity to support a woman throughout.
Beeara is also trained to massage infants and always loves to do so, though, ultimately she would prefer to educate mothers and fathers to do it themselves. Schedule a private tutorial or check out the class schedule for upcoming classes. She also is trained to work with infants with biodynamic craniosacral therapy.

Beeara’s touch always reassures me that the world has beauty and caring in it, no matter what else may be going on. Her gentle yet firm touch reaches deeply into not only my muscles, but into the core of my being; never invasive, always respectful and compassionate and healing. Her sense of humor completes the treatment.
