Jin Shin Tara is a gentle and yet powerful form of acupressure can help you to find balance and vitality. It combines well with Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, a gentle hands-on technique that recognizes and works with subtle movement in the midline of the body to promote health and deep relaxation. Her sessions are a blend of these modalities in a balance that honors her clients in their desire to awaken their own innate healing capacities and vitality.
Both Jin Shin Tara, and Craniosacral Therapy, are very supportive for folks healing from trauma. While Beeara’s work is not psychotherapy, and it is often helpful to work in conjunction with counseling, her training has given her verbal skills that are sensitive and gently supportive to the nervous system. Her work can be especially complementary for someone who is currently working with a counselor, as it can help to unwind some of the energetic blocks as they arise through that process.
One of the benefits of Jin Shin is that it’s easily translated into self care holds. If you’re interested in empowering yourself in your healing process, Beeara is glad to share with you ways to support you on that journey.
This is wonderful work for women to receive moving through the entire birth cycle from preconception to postpartum. Beeara always feels blessed to work with women at this transition in their lives.
I have received countless sessions of body work and can say without any hesitation that Beeara has been my most favorite body worker. She has the precious gift of a unique sensitivity to the people she works with. Her unceasing dedication to helping people deeply heal themselves and her knowledge of the human body and its physical structure and subtle energies are a few of the many qualities Beeara possess. She is compassionate and has a rare sensitivity to her client’s needs. I have experienced incredible physical and emotional healing as a result of her work and would highly recommend her to anyone seeking an excellent healer.
